• Logo Design & Branding
• Poster & Print Design
• Video Ads & Motion Graphics

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Project Process

3.1 Quotations

All quotations provided are estimates and may be subject to change based on project scope and requirements. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3.2 Project Agreement

A formal project agreement or contract will be provided before work begins. This agreement will outline:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms
• Revision policy
• Intellectual property rights

3.3 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information
• Supplying necessary materials (content, images, brand guidelines)
• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Making payments according to agreed terms

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required before work begins
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• Final files will be delivered upon receipt of full payment

4.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts at a rate of 2% per month.

5. Revisions and Changes

5.1 Included Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

5.2 Scope Changes

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing.

6. Timelines and Delivery

6.1 Project Timelines

Estimated timelines:

• Logo Design: 5-7 business days
• Website Design: 2-4 weeks
• Poster Design: 3-5 days
• Video Ads: 1-2 weeks

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.

6.2 Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Client delays in providing materials or feedback
• Technical issues beyond our control
• Force majeure events

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final approved designs. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Client Materials

Clients warrant that they have the right to use all materials provided to us and will indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of such materials.

7.3 Third-Party Assets

If third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) are used, clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses unless included in our service agreement.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose sensitive business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

9.1 Client Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time. Refunds will be calculated based on work completed:

• Before work begins: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Work in progress: Refund of unused portion after deducting completed work
• After final delivery: No refund

9.2 Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service if:

• Payment terms are not met
• Client behavior is abusive or unprofessional
• Project requirements violate our ethical standards

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Our Warranty

We warrant that our work will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

10.2 Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business results from our designs. Success depends on many factors beyond our control.

10.3 Website Functionality

For website projects, we provide a warranty period for bug fixes as specified in the project agreement. This does not cover issues arising from client modifications or third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not liable for losses arising from client's use or inability to use our designs

12. Website Use

12.1 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit viruses or malicious code
• Scrape or copy content without permission
• Impersonate Reetse or our representatives

12.2 User Content
