4. Revisions (2-3 days per round)
5. Final Delivery & Payment
Payment Structure:
• 50% deposit to start work
• 50% on completion before delivery
• Flexible payment plans available
• All major payment methods accepted
• Invoices provided for all transactions
Files are typically delivered within 24 hours of final approval and payment. Check your email spam folder first. If you still don't see them, contact us immediately at enquiries@reetseeffect.co.za with your project reference number.
Yes! Minor changes within 14 days of delivery are complimentary. Larger revisions or changes after 14 days will be quoted as a new mini-project. We keep your source files for 6 months to make updates easier.

We offer rush services for urgent projects! Contact us directly to discuss your deadline. Rush fees apply based on how quickly you need the work completed (24-hour rush: +50%, 48-hour rush: +30%, 1-week rush: +15%).
